California Court Rules Homeschooling Illegal

In 1993, the Michigan Surpreme Court ruled that Americans do have the Constitutional Right to homeschool their children. The ruling in California sets a precedent for other states to criminalize our parental rights to educate our children. Our country was founded on the premise that men and women have the inalienable right to life, LIBERTY, and the pursuit of happiness. If we can't have liberty in the affairs of our children, what liberty can we possibly have?
